HOW THE COUNT WORKS
One verified output. Three concrete shapes.
A verified output counts the moment the reviewer signs off on a real artifact — not the moment the doer pressed send.
A draft counted when the reviewer signs off.
The doer writes, the reviewer checks tone and consent, and only the signed-off draft reaches the per-output count.
A CRM update counted when the diff is clean.
A merge, field edit, or deal-stage change counts only after the reviewer verifies no revenue line was at risk.
A post counted when it actually scheduled.
A drafted-but-paused post doesn’t count toward your included outputs — the reviewer holds the line.

No. TwinCue is per-agent, per-verified-output, and per-month. There is no seat license, no platform fee, and no minimum team size.
OVERAGE
What happens above the included outputs?
Each tier has a flat overage rate per additional verified output. You are billed at month close, only for outputs the reviewer signed off on.
MOVING TIERS
Can I move between tiers?
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade, or pause from the dashboard before the next billing cycle. The reviewer log carries over verbatim across tier changes.
